This project began as a tiny poem that demanded I pull over and write it down... Presently, it is an (often neglected) Substack but it aspires to be a robust collection of reflections: through visual art, music, and writing of the experience of complex post-traumatic stress disorder as told by women and gender-diverse artists who have the disorder.
